As a Commerce Scrum Master you will facilitate and assess, coach, and navigate team dynamics towards building and maintaining a high-performance development process.

You will be a part of the International team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the tech and digital experience along the Company.

We connect business needs and IT into tech and digital solutions.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Effective coordinating of multiple boards and communicating Agile principles, Scrum practices and overall operating model; building trust with key stakeholders
• Clear management of allocated resources to achieve the assigned tasks in frames of the sprints
• Assisting the team in assessing and evolving their ´Scrum Maturity´, as we grow, we need to think about challenges in a different way
• Facilitating regular Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily-Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective and recording the results for continuous improvement
• Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across the organization particularly around success metrics on the project development
• Daily follow-ups with individual team members to remove impediments/blockers for the scrum team


Working with management to escalate problems encountered on/among Scrum teams as necessary

The ideal candidate Commerce Scrum Master candidate possesses these skills
• You´re experienced in a Scrum Master role, likely having practiced for a couple of years, coaching cross-functional teams
• You`re professional in Agile with a proven track record
• You are experienced user in Azure DevOps
• You`re strong team player with a passion to achieve results
• You prioritize quality over speed and have a very structured approach and mindset
• You´re comfortable working autonomously, with little oversight
• You have a hands-on attitude and can shift quickly between running large-scale projects, coordinating operational processes and managing a crisis when needed


The following qualifications are not required but are a plus:


• One or more Scrum certifications
• Experienced with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Practical exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development processes
• Experience in project management
• Being a true self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Inherent curiosity - you know how to ask questions to get to the heart of the matter
