ROLE

• Provide guidance and coaching to the teams on COE methodology and processes
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness improvement initiatives through COEs
• Build development benchmarking models
• Set-up continuous improvement tools
• Monitor KPIs, ensure data consistency and adjust computation when necessary
• Ensure alignment of practice across all COE teams
• Manage main development systems (JIRA & GIT) master data (users, projects) and workflows

PROFILE

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Engineering
• Training and coaching skills
• Deep knowledge of Confluence JIRA & GIT
• Process oriented
• Experience with BI tools and setting up KPIs
• Knowledge of LEAN / Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt
• Knowledge of Scrum
• Fluent in English
