• Develop and maintain OT Procedures and Specifications.
• Stablish common architecture and requirements for all the plants and in line with cybersecurity requirements.
• Audit Plants hardware in terms of installation, maintenance and documentation, as well as procedure implementation.
• Implement and coordinate training initiatives.
• Develop and implement along with IT Department an IT / OT Governance model
• Analyze state of the art technology and how to integrate it.
• Decide OT budget investment and development areas
• Technical validation of third parties´ proposals and solutions.
• Support implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions
• Collaborate with different plant Departments (IT, Maintenance, Quality, …) to establish relationship and standards integration.
• Coordinate and control the system installation, configuration, performance testing, tuning and maintenance for all the Plants.



Provide support to the plants to solve any technical issue or deficiency.

• Experience working with Siemens Systems
• Project management including the development of budgets, infrastructure and architecture
• Knowledge of ControlSystems, Telecommunications and Cybersecurity with solid understanding of thearchitecture surroundin git. Certifications:
• Knowledge of industry standards: NIST, 62443

• Understanding of Project Management methodologies, as well as ITIL/AGILE

Act as an in house expert on various technologies as required by the organization: IoT, Industrial wireless (Wireless HART, ISA100), specific protocols, etc.

• Project management skills. Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology. Training and understanding of project domain.
• Must have good capabilities to understand business and user needs and requirements.
