Act as the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in:
• Network Design, Implementation & Management.
• Firewall setup & maintenance.
• VPN Management.
• Become the all-round Network specialist of the ICT team.
• Participate in strategic programs like Network Policy development.
• Proactively manage the ongoing support model for the technologies under the scope of responsibility, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within the scope of responsibility.
• Improve existing processes through sustainable solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation by automation.
• Create and update manuals and documentation.

Required
• Bachelor´s degree in IT, technical or similar discipline.
• High level of English



Appreciated
• Experienced in Industrial and/or Chemical sector. · Certifications within the scope of responsibility are a plus.



Experience
• At least 10 years of strong experience in the IT Infrastructure Network field.
• Experience in the design, implementation and management of Zscaler.
• Experience in Barracuda firewall technology. Experience with Fortinet firewall technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with access control models and network security, experience with Next Generation architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with web application firewalls: HTTPS inspections, Botnet Mitigations, Security engine for blocking the attacks (e.g. SQL injection, Command injection).
• Specialized in switching architecture (Core, Distribution and access, as well as Spine/Leaf).
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF), Redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP).
• Experience of using SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel is a plus).
• Proven experience in incident management, service request management and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand client requirements.
• Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets.
• Strong troubleshooting background.
