The Business Analyst will be part of a team which will interact with Business team, Clients and/or Bank branches in different geographies in order to understand their requirements, their feasibility, due to optimize technical requirements.
Will lead all testing related to new cash capabilities. ,
• To understand, analyze and optimize definition proposals regarding business/country/customer requirements.
• Will be part of a team which will interact with other stakeholders in integrated testing projects (Product team, IT, countries, external suppliers, other systems consulting teams... etc).
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques, ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Knowledge of multigeography payment systems. Requirements and incidents solutions analysis. ,
• Internal Resource Coordination: Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources (such as Jira, Confluence, ALM...).
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques, ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. ,
• Team work: Knowledge of the necessity and value of teamwork, experience with and ability to participate effectively as part of a team.

The Business Analyst should have:
• 3-4 years of experience using the required technologies.
• Education: Bachelor´s Degree/Master´s Degree
• Detailed knowledge in Swift (MT101, MT199, MT940, MT942,...) and ISO20022 (pain001, pain002, pain008, Camt52-53-54)
• Knowledge in GTB business and corebanking procedures. ,
• Experience in UAT methodology. Familiar with agile methodologies is required. ,
• Fluent English and Spanish.
