RESPONSABILITIES
• Research and analyze HW/Infrastructure/Communications/Security products/services in the market best suited to the characteristics of our company and in accordance with the guidelines of the multinational HQ.
• Propose improvements in a proactive manner.
• Main point of contact with the group regarding Infrastructure/Communications/Security.
• Installation and configuration of Infrastructure/Communications/Security products/services.
• Management of patching, monitoring and backup operations.
• Monitor infrastructure and communications performance and apply necessary corrective measures.
• Cybersecurity management, following the guidelines set by multinational HQ.
• L2 and L3 support for Infrastructure/Communications/Security.
• L1 support in case none of the three technicians were available (vacations, leaves, etc.).
• Search and negotiate offers with systems suppliers.
• Manage suppliers and contracts in the systems area.
• Manage the systems area project plan, in accordance with multinational HQ project plan as well.
• Provide and keep up-to-date technical documentation (DRP, operations manual, etc.)
• Manage workload, vacations, etc. for staff in charge.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• More than five years of experience in a similar position, managing both people and suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of the technologies used in our company. Specially related to:
• Experience as a VMWare and backup (Nimble/Barracuda/Veeam system) administrator
• Experience in network design and management (Fortinet firewalls and Aruba switches)

• Demonstrable experience in migration, monitoring and use of cloud services (AWS)
• Used to plan and lead Infrastructure/Communications/Security projects.
• Selection and negotiation with Infrastructure/Communications/Security vendors.
• Valuable:
• Experience in MDM deployments
• Certifications in the technologies used the client

• Fluent English (C1-C2 level)
