• Responsible for designing, developing and delivering Azure cloud-based solutions
• Creation and enhancement of dynamic monitoring and alerting solutions using industry leading services.
• Identify and track software and hardware issues to ensure their resolution and keep the systems operational.
• Perform regular maintenance in the existing infrastructure.
• Monitor spending and the health status of the different environments hosted in the cloud.
• Make recommendations for development, improvement or simplification of existing systems analysing current processes, tools and infrastructure.
• Able to document and communicate incidents and how they have been resolved.
• Participate with developers in testing for system fixes, new releases and enhancements, changes and implementations, to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
• Provide ongoing end-user system training, ensuring the continued and correct use of the application and roll-out of new tools and procedures.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures in line with our Business Continuity Plan.
• Security & Compliance and Governance Skills - to ensure any addition or modification in the current infrastructure is aligned with our security frameworks and ISO certification.
• Ensure all work is documented by agreed standards to ensure consistency of approach and to comply with audit requirements.
• Act as a backup of other members of the team.

• At least 4 years experience with Azure Infrastructure, planning and managing solutions.
• Experience administering Azure Services: App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks.
• Enterprise Applications Skills - one or more of the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Teams.
• Proficient with Azure Security Centre and Azure Monitor: Network, Application, Infrastructure.
• Background with Active Directory Services including DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
• Excellent knowledge of federated identity systems (Microsoft ADFS), multi-factor authentication (Azure MFA preferred), Microsoft AD Integration with Cloud Applications/Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Functional knowledge of Network administration.
• Hands-on experience with Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery architecture and planning.
• Networking and Internetworking: LAN and WAN routing & switching (Fortinet)
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company´s success.
• Wide-ranging experience troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.

Experience desired on
• Microsoft Cloud Certification
• Solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles
• Linux Servers.
• PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Management of Disaster Recover Sites (DRS).
• VPN tunnels for existing and new implementations as needed.
• Implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls.
