Our Equipment, Trading & Distribution (ETD) Business Line is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator, who will have the following
responsibilities:
* Technical support to Pre-Sales (pre-design mainly for Residential and Commercial - R&C);
* Technical support for customers (PV plant commissioning, monitoring, debugging, etc.);
* Training to Customers and Installers on the catalog equipment (presential and online);
* After-sales support to Customers and Coordination with Manufacturer´s Technical Support;
* Intervention with the customer as a referent once the offer has been subscribed online as part of the technical visit;
* Carrying out analyzes and sizing / layout calculations;
* Drafting of intervention and audit reports;
* Coordinate the subcontractor team on site in compliance with our
internal HSE, quality and compliance policies and remain the
customer´s contact until the installation is commissioned:
o Removal of part of the roof covering;
o Complete installation of all roof elements;
o Choice of the location of the supports and installation of the photovoltaic panels;
o Verification of the tightness of the roof;
o Electrical connection of inverters and boxes as well as electrical wiring, in accordance with Spanish standards.
* HSSE, Quality and Compliance: Manage the business and stakeholders accordingly with the best practice in the industry and accordingly with the internal police.
• Technical Support Coordinator #impactopositivo|3 to 5 years of experience in PV Installation (Residential&Commercial projects)

* 2 to 3 years of experience in PV Design (PV Syst, AutoCAD, PVSol or similar tools for PV design);
* 3 to 5 years of experience in PV Installation (Residential and Commercial projects);
* Good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese regulation applicable for PV Installations;
* All mandatory Certifications in compliance with the regulation in place;
* Experience with coordination of subcontractors;
* Able to work with IT tools (MS Office, PV Design tools, CRM);
* English language is an asset
