Software engineering fellowship (ai-enhanced)

Tasks

- Implement customer feedback and bug fixes using both traditional and AI-assisted coding

- Focus on frontend improvements based on Figma designs

- Enhance our testing suite using Claude Projects and other AI tools

- Learn to effectively generate, review, and refine AI-produced code

- Contribute to a rapidly evolving product during an intense feedback cycle

Requirements

- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies

- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and frontend technologies

- Interest in using modern tools for code generation, particularly Claude Projects

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with direct customer feedback

- Immediate availability to join our team

- Tech stack: Rails 7 with Hotwire, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, Postgres and Redis
