As Head of IT / CIO you will have three lines of reporting:
• Global: You will be responsible for leading the implementation of all the projects related to Technology, challenging the available resources and tools, seeking for the best alternatives, and striving to become the role model to follow in the future.
• Iberia: Your mission is also to ensure business value by delivering high quality projects and technology through your team and innovative methodologies that will provide a cross functional collaborative approach behind Tech Team. You will also manage the IT resources based in this country in collaboration with rest of the local teams.
• And finally you will be in charge of managing the IT transformation, promoting the IT strategy of the local Division and our services in a co-construction approach with the operational entities and finally improving operational excellence.


Your role as a Head of IT will be:

o Strengthen the partnership with your internal customers:
• Be the point of contact for Beauty Tech and be its representative on your perimeter
• Ensure the right IT investments for your perimeter:
• Optimize investments and ensure alignment with strategy
• Quantify and track business performance data
• Oversee and consolidate and control IT budgets and costs for your scope

o Promote the tech services offered:
• Promote relevant tech services within your perimeter, based on the company tech service catalog
• Help the Group to understand the added value of all these services
• In a "Glocal" approach, propose and participate in the choice of technologies on projects

• Collect needs and expectations to ensure the catalog´s relevance and its enrichment
• Contribute to create synergies between countries, ensure the alignment of stakeholders, anticipate their needs, avoid out-of-process initiatives, and finally create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experience.
• Work with CIO EMEA & Delivery Managers to ensure the consistency of the EMEA solutions with needs. With the EMEA organization, participate in sharing communities as well as when applicable to "Design Communities / Authorities".
• Participate in the governance bodies of your scope and project committees
• Be able to manage directly strategic and large project as a PMO

As Head of IT / CIO you will have the following skills:
• Degree in computing engineering or similar studies and or sufficient proven experience
• English fluent (C1)-Spanish fluent (C1)-French is a plus
• Very good knowledge of Retail (will be a plus), CRM, e-commerce, Data, Digital and Collaborative solutions on the market
• At least 10 years of experience, including 3 years as Head of IT or CIO in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Experience in final client, consulting experience will be a plus
• Solid Experience in Digital transformation
• Experience as PMO (Front & Back projects)
• Strong experience on projects Delivery on Multi-Country and decentralized teams´ context
• Knowledge of network infrastructures (servers, switch, help desk, SSO…)
• Process re-engineering and optimization.
