You will:
Be part of the company leadership and develop the tech side of the company´s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Lead the company´s tech team. Be ready to roll-up your sleeves. We´re a small team and daily live is about code. You don´t need to be a code master, but you need to be on top of junior hires and also make sure seniors are comfortable.
Proactively recruit, onboard, manage, and coach top
Be responsible for our platform´s stability and scalability.Design a scalable system´s architecture.
Build, maintain and update infrastructure
Contribute to continuous improvement of product´s technologies. We expect you to stay in the forefront of thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.

The stack:
We always welcome new ideas and tools that can integrate well with our current systems and can help us better serve our users. This is our current stack:
React, NextJS, Typescript, Redux, Node.js, HTML, Vainilla JS and CSS for the frontend of our webapp and components.
Ruby on Rails for the backend of our webapp.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has:
Around 10 years of relevant experience working on fast-scaling and complex applications. Some of the previous roles that apply include: CTO, VP Engineering / VP Tech, Head of Tech / Head of Engineering / Head of Platform,Engineering Manager or Team Lead.
Ambition to be part of the leadership of a promising early stage startup.Previous experience in fast-growing startup environments.Previous experience leading tech teams

Business proficiency in English (C1, C2).
Passion for coding on the side. Even if it´s no longer your core responsibility.Unbreakable ethics.
Great passion and desire to make a better world for creators and their communities.
Interest or familiarity with blockchain development, NFTs, DAAPs, and Crypto.BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
