Collaboration is King (or Queen!)

You´ll be a driving force on our projects, working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow tech wizards throughout the entire development cycle. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is a must.



Do You Have What It Takes?

5+ years of professional software development experience (internships don´t count!)
5+ years of coding experience in Java or JavaScript (or both!)
Deep understanding of Java, JavaScript, or related technologies
A firm grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Communication skills that would make a diplomat jealous (and a collaborative spirit to match!)
2+ years of experience leading design or architecture initiatives


Bonus Points for Superstars

Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading a tech team (3+ years a plus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
A Bachelor´s degree in computer science (or equivalent)
