• Extensive experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect.
• Proven expertise in database migration, particularly from MongoDB to relational databases.
• Strong fullstack skills with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to mentor and lead a development team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• Passion for building scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Available for full-time dedication.
