• Perform the analysis of functional requirements and definition of key objectives between the different components.
• Identify the internal interlocutors to carry out the projects.
• Align the best technical solution, together with the Architect of the area, with the needs of the company through the assigned business project manager and act as a point of contact between both.
• Identify risks that may cause delays in deliveries or change the scope of the project and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain conversations and meetings continuously with the different internal areas (departments) and external (franchisees, partners, suppliers) guaranteeing the quality of these and documenting them with minutes of meetings and clear indexes of objectives to work and next steps.
• Track compliance with dates for each of the phases of a project, from requirements gathering to training and post-start-up.
• Manage the budget: from the assigned budget, keep updated the degree of execution of the same, manage and report changes, etc.
• Manage deliveries: review deliverables, correct them when necessary and formally deliver them to the customer.
• Supervise the resolution of post-start-up incidents of projects.
