A successful Senior Backend Developer should have:
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ideally 5 years of experience working in NodeJS, specifically with NestJS.
• Experiences working with microservices architecture.
• Experinece working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
