Provides technical support to global employee base
● Coordinates with Service Desk to resolve requests
● Creates and maintains documentation used to troubleshoot and solve incoming support
requests
● Receives regular and general instruction, guidance, and direction from others in the form
of specific objectives
● Communicates basic and moderately-complex technical concepts
● Interacts with others to inform and provide suggestions for action
● Works on problems of moderate scope that may require analysis of situations, data or
problems
● Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
● Builds productive internal / external working relationships

• 3+ years of work experience in IT, or IT related role
• Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently in a professional environment
• ● Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• ● Must have prior experience managing a ticketing system
• ● Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems
• ● Familiar and comfortable troubleshooting SaaS applications
• ● Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• ● A passion for teaching technology to others with the ability to communicate and interface
• with all levels of employees
• Knowledge of OKTA, Zoom, Google WorkSpace preferred
• ● Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
• ● Basic networking knowledge
