• Managing the technical IT project to realize the future remote access solutions for our software support units as product owner
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and transfer them into product requirements
• Steering of the global rollout in close cooperation with all support units as well as the sales units worldwide
• Creating a product road map based on a developed vision and trends
• Serving as a liaison between the software support units and the IT department

• You have completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering or similar).
• You have 3 years + of professional experience as a product owner of digital products/platforms in a B2B environment, and solid methodological skills in agile, user-centred development.
• You have experience working in a global environment within a remote team.
• You enjoy developing technical solution concepts as well as weighing up alternatives and their effects in the development team.
• You have an excellent feel for customer experience and have good interpersonal and communication skills in English (German desired)
