The successful candidate is expected to lead the Data Management Team.

Responsibilities:
• Optimize and standardize existing data management workflows and processes, and design new enhanced data management workflows.
• Review and enhance policies, procedures and documentation established for data management and guidelines monitoring
• Execute daily operational activities through-out the financial data life cycle within the Company
• Monitor the execution
• Act as expert / consultant to the data team members
• Inform relevant stakeholders about data issues
• Liaise with external data providers

• Participate to design new scalable services (data driven risk & quant solutions)
• Act as mentor to team members / set career development goals
• Support client acquisition projects
• Play a key role in the due diligence questionnaires

• Multinational Fintech Company|Data Management Lead

The Head of data Management should have the following skills:
• Minimum of 5-years of professional experience in at least 2 of the following domains is required: risk management / financial data management / security master / derivatives pricing
• Profound financial risk management knowledge and experience in pricing derivatives
• Very good understanding of financial instruments and their associated terms and conditions
• Advanced SQL is required. Python or any other programming language can be an advantage
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Track record of managing a team
• Awareness of risks in the domain of data security
• Must have knowledge about Security Master File Solutions and Risk Systems (like Barra, RiskMetrics, Bloomberg)
• Portfolio Management System knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent English (Spanish & French an asset)
