We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand Partnerships to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the festival brand partnership programs and will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and expanding our reach within the industry.

Heading and managing a team of sales/account management, he/she will ensure the festival operates at the highest market standards and is positioned as the "must talk to" partner for brands and agencies in Spain and Europe to help them connect with genZ and millennial fan audiences and develop integrated campaigns leveraging the power of experiential, content and media based cultural marketing platform the festival represents for them in their sales and marketing/communication initiative.

Focused on lead generation, negotiation and closing of existing and new brand partnership deals to deliver delivery business growth, he/she will lead the development of a commercially minded, insights and creative driven, and client-first approach to brand partnership development.

He/she will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand partnerships and sponsorships and, will be a strategic thinker, experienced negotiator, and an excellent communicator who is passionate about culture, music, technology, and creativity.

Responsibilities
• Management and expansion of festivals portfolio of partners and sponsors
• Develop and implement strategic sponsorship and partnership plans to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and potential brand partners
• Lead and manage a team of two sales/account managers to ensure efficient account management and execution of all partnerships and sponsorships
• Continue and improve the established workflow of disciplined and systematic sales/business development pipeline monitoring (salesforce) in the creation, evolution, and completion of successful sales strategy and results including setting clear individual ownership areas for each team member (categories, brands, others) and targets.
• Contribute to defining yearly budget and 3y plan with the festival directors and the Brand Partnership leadership team at the company, elaborate a shared/co-creation plan with them to deliver against these targets, and maintain continuous
• Contribute to the Iberia and global partnership network vitality by sharing information and best practices

Requirements
• Bachelor´s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship, and sales
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale brand partnerships and sponsorships
• Strong proven local (Spain) network and personal equity within brand marketing and agency community - European network is a plus
• Experience in project managing for European projects is appreciated but is not required.
• Natural ability for building rapport and understanding partner needs in order to create exceptional and eye-catching pitches.
• Persuasive communicator and able to easily influence decision-makers. You love coming up with creative approaches and solutions to problems and issues. You have a natural talent for selling concepts and ideas.
• Deep understanding of brands, brand value, and how you can add value to a partner´s brand.
• Team player
• Fluent in Spanish and English, all written and oral
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google packages CRM such as Salesforce
