Bi integration manager

We are seeking an experienced BI and Integration Solution Manager who will be responsible of 3 engineers (currently, but potentially 6 in a near future) managing project such as:

• Design reports for internal use (local need / specific tools / local regulations)

• Design sales reports for local partners

• Integrate multiple different source of data (different POS systems sales, different T&A systems worked hours, different budget systems...) to the global strategic BI system

• Enable integration between continental Europe local systems and global systems (such as SAP S4Hana...)

• Grow up the number of suppliers connected to our SAP platform with EDI

You will collaborate with the 4 local continental Europe teams (13 countries).Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the project portfolio (timelines, budgets, resources, quality...)

• Manage internal team, hire profile necessary for permanent roles, manage external resource for projects needs

• Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, developers, and IT teams to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Emerging Technologies and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of business intelligence, data management and Microsoft tools. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools. Enable end-users to access and analyse data effectively to derive actionable insights.

• Design and manage tactical and strategic integration solutions between local systems and global systems (ongoing deployment). The integration platform is Mulesoft (development mainly externalise, expertise on the team existing).


• Multinational Retail Company|Experienced Data Engineer

A successful BI & Integration Manager should have:

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Extensive experience in business intelligence, data warehousing and data integration.

• Strong knowledge of data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience with cloud-based BI solution (Azure Data Factory) is a plus.
