Job Opportunity: SAP HR Consultant
Position: SAP HR Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Remote work with 1 day per week on-site in Madrid, Ciudad Lineal)

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

- Work extensively with HR-PA and HR-OM modules.

- Implement and manage SuccessFactors solutions.

- Define and develop comprehensive HR solutions.

- Participate in international projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with global teams.


Requirements:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years in SAP HR consulting.

- At least 2 years of experience in international projects, with a strong emphasis on solution definition.

- Extensive experience with HR-PA and HR-OM.

- Experience with SuccessFactors.

- Proficient in English (C1 level), with the ability to participate in technical meetings with development teams and IT vendors.
