The Team Leader of the Product Management team must ensure the success of the Go To Market strategies, as well as the management of the company´s product segments life cycles, for the both markets (Portugal & Spain).

The responsibilities of the professional will be:

Strategy:
• Portfolio Go To Market strategy (Market / Competition/ Gap Analysis / Trends / Opportunities)
• Reporting on products performance & market shares
• Approach to Verticals & Horizontals (Map needs / use cases vs solutions USPs)
• Alignment with Pre-sales and BDs portfolio focus & development
• Alignment with Marcom / Trade: Budget Mix, Storytelling, Messages & calendar of events / initiatives
• Channels activation though Campaigns & Incentives (sustained on business cases)
• Channels Development (certification, training, and information access)
• Partners Cooperation (MKT refunds and co-activities)
• Showrooms Management


People:
• Coordinate Product Specialists: Office, PP, IP, ITS and are directly responsible for the VSS and Healthcare product segments
• Develop team members knowledge and performance
• Accountable for Team´s quarter evaluation
• Guarantee team´s compliance with the guidelines contained in the Quality & Environment Management System

• Sales & GP
• Certification & Training %
• MKT refunds

• Proved record on Manufacture / IT solution provider as Product Manager|People management experience.Fluent English
