Job Title: Full Stack Tech Lead
Location: Madrid, Spain (100% Remote)

Description:
Serving as a Full Stack Tech Lead, responsible for overseeing and guiding a remote development team. This role
requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and mentor team
members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of engineers as the technical point of contact
• Oversee full-stack development initiatives
• Organize team structure, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards
Technologies Used:
• Core: Java, TypeScript, Angular, SQL
• Preferred: Stencil
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Proven experience in technical leadership and team management
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Willingness to undergo technical testing and participate in client interviews
