Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver advanced AI-based solutions
for a strategic digital transformation initiative. The architect will lead end-to-end GenAI implementations, ensuring
technical feasibility, ethical compliance, and business value. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in
AI/ML, hands-on GenAI expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate and select optimal AI models, frameworks, and tools for performance and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solution approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of AI strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices, design patterns, and emerging GenAI trends.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including ethical design, compliance, and governance.
Mandatory Skills & Technologies
• Proven knowledge of Generative AI concepts, techniques, and architectures.
• Strong background in AI/ML (minimum 5 years), including at least 1 year specifically in Generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Expertise in solution design, model evaluation, and technology/tool selection for AI projects.
• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible use principles for generative models.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse technical and business
stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• English fluency at C1 level (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and team collaboration.
